They may have not had a large cake, caterers or a bridal party, but that did not wipe the smiles off the faces of Carmen and Leland, as well as their 120 guests at their wedding reception.

Carmen and Leland married at the historical San Francisco City Hall in a small intimate ceremony a few months before their July wedding reception.  They decided to skip the traditional reception and opted for something that best reflected their personalities - something contemporary and  fun-filled for their guests to enjoy.

Lucie Stern Community Center in Palo Alto provided the perfect venue and layout for their guests to freely roam the property to either sample from different food stations, food trucks, and even play some lawn games of either Giant Jenga or Connect Four.  There were also separate rooms for arcade games and Mahjong.  Their guests had plenty of entertainment to choose from to last the whole evening.  And the food  and drinks just kept coming.  It was definitely a fun filled night for all and I've never seen a bride and groom look so stress free.
